NCPA Red Cross Chapter, in Tioga County, is having their first annual Battle of the Bands on July 12, 2008 at Harpers Creekside Tavern (formerly Little Pine) in English Center. Prizes will be awarded to the top three bands. Door prizes and raffles will be held.
