Red Cross Volunteers come from all walks of
life. They are homemakers, retirees, members of the health profession, men and women from
a variety of different fields.
Many of them serve on our Board and other committees. They help plan for our financial
stability. They assist in fundraising projects to assure our ability to provide ongoing
programs. Others assist with the blood, disaster, and educational services.
Just as important as the support of our volunteers is the financial support we receive
from many groups and individuals in the community. Without these contributions of human
financial resources the Red Cross would not exist. The spirit, dedication and commitment
of our volunteers and contributors makes a difference - in the Red Cross - and in the
lives of many people.
